Refund policy
The Vanity Rose Candle Collection takes pride in creating handcrafted items for our customers. For any reason that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to refund or exchange the unopened merchandise. All returns must be postmarked with 14 (fourteen) days of the purchase date, and emailed to us @ vanity_rose@thevanityrosecandlecollection.net to request and obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number and instructions on returning the item(s).
Please note: You will be responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend that you use a trackable method.
Upon receiving your merchandise it will be inspected and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 7 (seven) business days to process your return or exchange.
If any merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please photograph the item(s) and email us @ vanity_rose@thevanityrosecandlecollection.net and we will be happy to replace or refund within 14(fourteen) days of receiving your item(s).
Processing times
The Vanity Rose Candle Collection is a small business so please allow time to prepare an order. Ship out orders will take 3-4 business days.
Shipping times
Although we cannot guarantee the shipping times due to the postal service. But I will try my best to have an order shipped out within 7 business days. Please keep in mind that once an item has been scanned in it's out of my control on how long it will take to arrive.
